Please find below the bookings fees for Glanvilles Wootton Village Hall.

Residents
Glanvilles Wootton, Holnest or Middlemarsh residents.
Meetings
Meeting Hire – £7.00 per hour (plus electricity).
1st May 2026 Onwards – £8.50ph inc. electricity.
Kitchen Use
Kitchen use for full catering – £15 extra. Kitchen use for just tea/coffee, cakes/biscuits – £5 extra.
Children’s Parties
Hire of the hall for a children’s party is a set fee of £40.00.
1st May 2026 Onwards – As per hourly hire.
Weddings
Hire of the hall, car park and Stainers Field from Friday 1pm to Sunday 1pm. £500.00.
Wakes
For a wake to be held here for local residents, there is no charge; we would respectfully ask for a donation to support the future of the hall.
Non-Residents
We welcome all those who would like to hire our hall.

Things to note …
There is an easy to use pre-payment meter which accepts £1 coins for the use of the electric. NB: There will be no charge for electricity from the 1st of May 2026 onwards.
Setup and take-down time is charged at the same hourly rate.
A charge will be made of £20 if the kitchen needs cleaning after an event (photos must be taken of the state of the kitchen upon leaving).
The field can be used in dry weather for car parking. The field is not available for use as car parking during the winter or in wet weather.
